Job Summary
Regional Manager 3 overseeing multi-location retail operations in Eastern National’s Metro New York Region, leading region-wide teams, driving sales and profitability, fostering partnerships with park partners, and ensuring stores operate in line with EN policies. Responsibilities include visiting stores (including boating to two parks), coordinating communication across locations, developing regional strategy, and maintaining strong customer and partner relationships. Requires five years of multi-unit retail management experience, willingness to travel to all facilities, proficiency with POS/inventory systems and Microsoft Office, and a college degree with a minimum of an Associate degree. Based in the New York metro area.
Required Qualifications
- Five years’ experience in multi-unit retail management preferably over a large geographic area.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and motivate a team.
- Ability to thrive in a multi-tasking, high energy environment with shifting priorities.
- Proven record of building productive and sustainable client relationships.
- Results driven with the ability to achieve sales and profitability goals.
- Knowledge of computer software and hardware related to retail operations and general business practices, including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Office 365, point-of-sale systems, and inventory management programs.
- Valid driver's license and access to privately owned vehicle required.
- Ability to independently travel to all facilities in the organization.
- College degree required, minimum of an Associate degree.
