Job Summary
The Regional Manager is responsible for maintaining the integrity of the physical asset and maximizing returns in accordance with the Company's mission. Key responsibilities include supervising employees and contractors, conducting site inspections, implementing marketing plans, overseeing financial reporting, and managing employee training and development. Required skills include superior organization, communication skills, reliability, attention to detail, and strong leadership abilities. A minimum of five years experience at on-site and supervisory levels is necessary.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of five years experience at on-site and supervisory levels
- Superior organization and communication skills
- Ability to provide courteous and professional service to residents, property managers and supervisors
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc)
- Strong leadership and motivational skills

- Real estate license (if applicable)
- Valid drivers license may be required
