Job Summary
Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on espresso machines, grinders, refrigeration units, and HVAC systems across multiple drive-thru locations in Oklahoma. Perform general facility maintenance including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry to ensure operational and safety standards. Respond promptly to emergency repair requests to minimize downtime and coordinate with managers to schedule tasks with minimal disruption. Travel between locations for scheduled and unscheduled work while documenting all activities accurately. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Requires valid driver's license, willingness to travel, and availability for on-call emergency repairs including evenings and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid drivers license
- Reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel within Oklahoma
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to work in various conditions, including confined spaces or outdoor areas
- Availability for on-call emergency repairs, including some evenings and weekends
Desired Qualifications
- Technical or trade school certification in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or related field
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Ability to troubleshoot
- Excellent problem solving skills

- Ability to work independently
- Ability to manage time effectively across multiple locations
- Experience maintaining drive-thru equipment and systems
