Job Summary
Conduct routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections across multiple drive-thru coffee shop locations in the Florida Panhandle, focusing on espresso machines, grinders, refrigeration, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry. Respond promptly to emergency repair requests to minimize downtime and coordinate with regional managers to schedule tasks with minimal operational disruption. Travel between sites for scheduled and unscheduled work while documenting all activities accurately. Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Availability includes on-call emergency repairs during evenings and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Ability to troubleshoot
- Valid drivers license
- Reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel within the Florida Panhandle
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to manage time effectively across multiple locations
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Availability for on-call emergency repairs
- Availability for some evenings and weekends
Desired Qualifications
- Technical or trade school certification in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or related field
- Experience maintaining drive-thru equipment and systems
- Familiarity with coffee shop equipment, such as espresso machines or brewing systems
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in the Florida Panhandle
