Job Summary
As a Regional Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee high-quality maintenance across all regional assets, including preparing apartments for occupancy and managing service requests. Key responsibilities encompass supervising system repairs for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance tasks. The role requires a strong mechanical aptitude, effective communication, and the ability to manage vendor relationships and inventory. Candidates must demonstrate expertise in maintenance operations, hold relevant certifications, and maintain a professional appearance while ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to lift and carry up to 80 pounds
- Ability to climb ladders and multiple flights of stairs
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, swimming pool maintenance, appliances, building systems, irrigation systems, and HVAC systems
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Experience in maintenance operations
- Prompt and regular attendance
- Valid driver's license and insurance
- Access to personal vehicle
Desired Qualifications
- HVAC certification
- CPO certification
- EPA certification
- Industry designations such as CAMT
- Experienced in Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Yardi and Paycom experience
Additional Requirements
- Must agree to a criminal background check
- Must sign an agreement for voluntary drug testing
- Must have a valid and current Passport
- Must be willing to travel to the US or Canada
