Regional Maintenance Supervisor

Supervise all Environmental Services personnel and daily work in assigned areas throughout the center to ensure compliance with Federal, State, and Local ordinances. Execute the preventive maintenance program and record-keeping systems to maintain the facility in a sanitary, attractive, and orderly condition. Develop the center profile and physical plant history by documenting all maintenance activities, replacement parts, and fuel supply records. Perform routine maintenance and repair work while managing expense budgets, staffing, and interdepartmental personnel issues. Collaborate with residents, nurses, physicians, and staff regarding environmental services requests, infection prevention, and service resolution.
