Job Summary

Supervise maintenance teams across assigned properties while ensuring work is completed effectively, efficiently, and professionally. Take ownership of the property by focusing on team building, cost control, unit turns, and property improvements. Provide hands-on support for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and general building maintenance. Develop preventive maintenance schedules, conduct regular inspections to identify needs and safety concerns, and coordinate with managers, vendors, and staff to prioritize work orders and emergencies. Train, mentor, and hold staff accountable while monitoring costs, inventory, and vendor services to support budget goals. Maintain accurate records of work orders and repairs. Travel within a 4-hour radius to provide leadership and oversight, with participation in on-call rotation.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to travel throughout the South Georgia Region
  • Willingness to participate in on-call rotation
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to take ownership
  • Ability to make sound decisions
  • Ability to work alongside the team as needed
  • Maintenance: 5 years
  • Travel within approximately a 4-hour radius is required
