Job Summary
Lead a team of Heavy Equipment Maintenance Technicians by creating and monitoring work orders, tracking service intervals, ordering parts, and diagnosing issues using the T3 platform. Schedule repairs for customer and company-owned rental equipment while maintaining existing customer relationships and resolving inquiries promptly. Oversee employee training, development, and a safe work environment. Manage Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM shifts at the Southwest facility near Dallas, TX and Hubbard, TX. Requires three years of maintenance experience, strong problem-solving skills, and a valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- Industry knowledge (this can be in the rental industry or a related construction field)
- Ideally three years of maintenance and service experience
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills
- Adaptable to the fast pace of a growing company and be able to quickly educate themselves about and stay up-to-date on the latest EquipmentShare products and services
- Competitive, but thrive in a team oriented environment
- Superior customer service, teamwork and verbal/written communication skills
- High School diploma
- Trade school certificate
- Experience in field service, maintenance and repair
- Experience leading maintenance teams
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Must be at least 21 years old to operate company vehicle
- Must be able to move, stand, stoop and bend freely
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times
- Must pass a 10 panel drug screen
- Must pass a background check
