Regional Maintenance Director

Job Summary
Supervise all Environmental Services personnel and coordinate daily work across assigned areas to ensure environmental center compliance with Federal, State, and Local ordinances. Execute the preventive maintenance program and record-keeping systems to maintain the facility's physical function, while developing the center profile through complete documentation of maintenance activities, replacement parts, and fuel supplies. Perform routine maintenance and repair work in accordance with building codes, manage expense budgets and staffing, and resolve interdepartmental issues. Collaborate with residents, nurses, physicians, and department leaders regarding environmental services requests, infection prevention, and service resolution.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma
- One to two years of supervisory experience in a commercial establishment with knowledge of laundry/housekeeping/maintenance procedures
- Minimum of 2 years work experience in long-term care
- HVAC experience
- Maintenance experience
Desired Qualifications
- Healthcare experience preferred but can be trained if needed
