Job Summary
Oversees maintenance operations for multifamily properties, developing detailed specifications, scopes of work, and contractor bids; manages vendor selections, schedules, and preventative maintenance programs; ensures safety compliance and budget adherence; leads onsite operations four days per week, mentors Service Managers and teams, conducts audits of storage and maintenance facilities, and guides turnover procedures, inventory control, and capital improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- 5–6 years of maintenance, construction, or repair experience within multifamily housing, including at least 5 years in a supervisory role
- EPA Universal CFC Certification (or required within 90 days of employment)
- CPO (Strongly preferred)
- OSHA 10/30 certification preferred
- Proficiency with word processing, Excel, and computerized maintenance management (CMM) systems
