Regional Loss Prevention Manager

Job Summary
Conduct on-site and remote loss prevention investigations involving theft, fraud, cash loss, and operational concerns across an assigned territory. Perform operational, security, and compliance assessments using DTiQ's audit platform while analyzing video, POS data, and AI-generated alerts to identify trends and recommend corrective actions. Partner with store, district, and regional leadership to improve operational performance, deliver coaching on loss prevention best practices, and prepare detailed investigative reports and executive summaries. Collaborate with Client Services and Operations teams to ensure successful implementation of DTiQ solutions and maintain accurate case files. Requires extensive travel up to 75–90% by automobile and commercial airline, with a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in loss prevention or multi-unit operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years of experience in Loss Prevention, Asset Protection, Retail Operations, Investigations, or Multi-Unit Operations
- Wicklander-Zulawski (WZ) Interview & Interrogation Certification
- Experience conducting interviews, investigations, and operational audits
- Multi-unit retail, restaurant, convenience store, or hospitality experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Ability to influence and build relationships with all levels of client leadership
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business reporting tools
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively
- Travel up to 75–90%, including overnight travel
- Frequent visits to client locations throughout an assigned territory
- Must be able to travel by automobile and commercial airline as required
- Ability to drive for extended periods
- Ability to walk retail, restaurant, and hospitality locations for inspections and investigations
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds when transporting equipment or training materials
