Job Summary
The Regional Loss Prevention Agent is responsible for detecting, reporting, and resolving theft and asset loss at company facilities. Key duties include conducting surveillance, routine and receiving audits, employee interviews, and maintaining documentation such as apprehension reports and audits. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle difficult situations are necessary, along with a valid driver's license for regional travel. The role requires adherence to company security protocols and a thorough understanding of relevant laws.

- Ability to maintain a fair, consistent set of standards, using judgment and discretion
- Ability to maintain records and documentation
- Ability to operate all equipment necessary to perform the job
- Ability to work alone or in a team capacity
- Ability to work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organization and follow-through skills
- Ability to travel in between stores within a region by possessing a valid driver’s license
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, and to see or hear activity in the store, and perform all functions as set forth above
- Must have a full understanding of Civil and Criminal Laws set forth by the police and/or District Justice.
