Job Summary
Responsible for detecting, reporting and resolving theft and asset loss issues. Essential functions include conducting surveillance, routine inspections, monitoring CCTV systems, enforcing security standards, performing daily and weekly audits, conducting employee interviews, reporting policy violations, and representing the company in court as needed. The role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, confidentiality, the ability to work varied hours, and physical capability to perform job functions. A valid driver’s license is necessary for traveling between stores.

- Ability to perceive situations accurately
- Ability to maintain a fair, consistent set of standards, using judgment and discretion
- Ability to maintain records and documentation
- Ability to operate all equipment necessary to perform the job
- Ability to work alone or in a team capacity
- Ability to work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organization and follow-through skills
- Ability to travel in between stores within a region by possessing a valid driver’s license
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, and to see or hear activity in the store, and perform all functions as set forth above
- Must have a full understanding of Civil and Criminal Laws set forth by the police and/or District Justice.
