Job Summary
Regional Logistics Manager to oversee inbound/outbound transportation, distribution, and post-sales returns across multiple regional locations. Lead and coach teams, promote safety, manage distribution-center operations, identify and implement process improvements, track KPIs, manage expenses, and drive system enhancements aligned with ISO processes. Collaborate with stakeholders, support capital planning, and provide leadership updates on inventory, freight, cycle time, and other logistics metrics.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain Operations, Business, or related field preferred
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar position in industrial distribution preferred
- Proven ability to lead continuous improvement projects and strong track record of customer service
- Systems literate in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and strong analytical/problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in dynamic, cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to exercise independent judgement and act on it
