Regional Logistic Coordinator (m/w/d)

Coordinate end-to-end import and export operations, including customs clearance, shipping documentation, and duties administration. Manage daily interactions with third-party warehouses, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure timely deliveries, while preparing and maintaining all import/export documentation in compliance with international trade regulations. Monitor shipment status, resolve logistics issues, and support inventory accuracy by coordinating inbound and outbound shipments. Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Operations teams to optimize order fulfillment and assist in tracking logistics costs, preparing regular reports, and analyzing KPIs. Implement process optimization initiatives and maintain accurate records for audit readiness.
