Job Summary
Safely transport food-grade tanker freight including soybean oil, corn syrup, and chocolate products while maintaining accurate ELD logs and trip paperwork. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and communicate professionally with dispatch and customers. Follow all FMCSA and company safety regulations and plan routes efficiently to manage time effectively. This role offers mostly afternoon/evening start times with limited overnights, allowing drivers to stay home 2-3 nights for longer, higher-paying loads. Weekly guaranteed pay and top annual earnings of $90,000+ are available for experienced Class A CDL holders with at least 12 months of tractor-trailer experience. Assigned late-model equipment and free XM Radio support drivers on regional and local out-and-back routes.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 12 months of recent tractor-trailer experience
- Age 21+
- Safe driving record and good MVR
- Tanker endorsement
- Ability to pass: DOT physical
- Ability to pass: Drug screen
- Ability to pass: Ergo/capability testing
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
