Job Summary
The Regional Linings Manager is responsible for the profit and loss of Stonhard business within the region, including compiling reports on performance, invoice forecasting, and monitoring installation performance. This role involves training and motivating Territory Managers and installation crews, as well as assisting with Architect/Engineer calls related to linings projects. The position requires spending at least three days a week in the field and involves physical demands such as transporting sample cases and wearing necessary safety equipment.
Required Qualifications
- Five (5) or more years of successful sales management experience
- Sector-specific sales experience preferred
- Valid Driver’s License
- Must possess reliable transportation
