Job Summary
Regional Leasing Consultant to leverage customer service, sales, and marketing skills to lease apartment homes. Responsibilities include greeting, qualifying, touring and closing prospective residents; recording traffic and leasing activity; verifying applications and notifying applicants of approval/denial; preparing move-in packages and lease paperwork; processing move-outs; conducting property tours and maintaining grounds and curb appeal; assisting with outreach programs; maintaining a resident database; promoting ancillary income items; and supporting Community Director and team in achieving leasing goals while prioritizing safety and community standards.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED (required)
- General knowledge of Property Management (stated)
- Knowledge of on-site management operations or customer service and Yardi software experience (preferred)
- One year of apartment leasing or customer service experience (preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to travel within major metropolitan area; may be required to attend company functions in cities other than assigned location
- Possess a valid Driver’s License with good driving record and current automobile insurance (required)
