Job Summary
Regional Leasing and Marketing Supervisor to maximize revenue at designated communities through creative marketing and training of on-site staff. Responsible for marketing support, leasing assistance, resident retention initiatives, establishing sales goals, evaluating market conditions, guiding improvements in product and sales presentation, coordinating on-site marketing meetings and events, monitoring advertising and traffic, ensuring fair housing compliance, and leading open houses and staff development. Requires minimum three years in multi-family housing/marketing with supervision experience and strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills. Proficiency in Yardi and MS Office, plus knowledge of digital marketing (SEO/SEM) and property management software. Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of three years of experience with multi-family housing, apartment leasing, marketing experience, employee supervision, landlord-resident relations or related marketing experience
- Demonstrated skills in telephone etiquette, personal contact with the public, resident relations and marketing
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Detail oriented with excellent analytical skills and follow-through skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to multi-task and meet deadlines while working in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in computer programs, MS Word, Excel, and property management software
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies such as SEO, SEM, digital marketing campaigns
