Regional Learning & Quality Manager

Job Summary

Develop and execute a comprehensive learning strategy across assigned fulfillment centers, designing onboarding, certification, and leadership development programs while partnering with site-based trainers to drive consistent execution. Own quality standards and the Quality Management System across up to four sites, conducting regular audits, analyzing performance metrics to identify root causes, and leading continuous improvement initiatives focused on accuracy and inventory integrity. Directly lead a distributed Quality organization, managing hiring, performance, and career development for site Quality Managers and team leads while establishing standardized reporting and KPI tracking. Conduct site visits to evaluate performance, provide coaching, and surface systemic issues before they compound, ensuring all training materials and SOPs remain current and aligned with operational requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Education, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience within e-commerce fulfillment, high-volume distribution, manufacturing, or logistics environments.
  • 3+ years managing Learning, Quality, Operational Excellence, or Continuous Improvement programs.
  • 2+ years of direct people management experience, including leading managers or multi-site teams.
  • Experience supporting multiple sites or large-scale operations.
  • Experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS), audits, process improvement, and corrective action planning.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive operational improvements.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and drive outcomes without direct authority over all contributing resources.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and reporting tools.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.
  • Ability to walk warehouse floors and participate in operational audits and inspections.
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules as business needs require.
