Job Summary
Regional Leadless Specialist provides technical, clinical, educational and sales support to ensure adoption and growth of Abbott leadless technology in Cardiac Rhythm Management. The role educates physicians, nurses, educators and other health care providers on indications and patient selection for leadless pacing, delivers procedural support per instructions for use/trial protocols, supports Abbott personnel education and training, communicates clinical data, coordinates and implements programs to expand market access, and provides market intelligence to refine training and expansion plans. It requires collaboration with marketing on product feedback, strong written and verbal communication, and significant business travel (approximately 50%).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field, engineering) or equivalent/related experience
- Minimum 3 years clinical medical device experience or equivalent
- Experience with CRM products preferred
- Ability to travel, strong communication skills, and ability to educate clinical staff
