Job Summary
Build and lead a highly engaged Personal Insurance team within a specific regional territory, driving growth and delivering exceptional customer experience. Develop business strategies with management peers, execute plans through regional collaboration, and manage overall recruiting and staffing. Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with direct reports, proactively manage succession plans, and build Engagement Action Plans to motivate staff. Ensure service quality meets standards by analyzing customer experience, implementing enhancement tools, and resolving escalated sales and service issues. Maintain strong relationships with key insurer partners and analyze problems to develop optimal solutions. This role reports to a Director, Distribution, and includes a team of Personal Insurance managers at the Aviation Road office in Calgary/Airdrie, AB.
Required Qualifications
- AIC - General Level 2 or equivalent
- Permanent Full Time Basis
- Calgary/Airdrie, AB
- Eligible to work in Canada from the anticipated start date and throughout their employment
