Job Summary
Lead a regional team of Commercial and Agribusiness Bankers across South West Victoria, including Ballarat, Warrnambool, Horsham and Colac. Set direction, coach and support team members, and foster an environment where exceptional customer experiences come naturally. Drive regional growth by staying visible in the community, supporting prospecting activities, and building strong relationships with customers and referral partners. Balance strategic leadership with hands-on guidance while ensuring risk and compliance remain front of mind to enable the team to grow with confidence.
