Regional Lead – Revenue Operations & Project Lifecycle

Job Summary
Lead the Europe Project Setup team to ensure consistent, high-quality project delivery across the region while developing capability and maintaining resilient service levels. Own the regional Revenue Operations control framework covering project setup, backlog management, forecasting, invoicing, and cash collection, ensuring accurate data for revenue reporting. Act as the senior escalation point for complex project lifecycle matters and Partner enquiries, providing hands-on support for non-standard commercial arrangements. Partner with FP&A, Controllership, Talent Management, and Technology teams to simplify processes, strengthen governance, and champion AI, automation, and ERP capabilities. Lead the redesign of Europe's project lifecycle operating model to standardise processes and improve operational efficiency. Monitor performance using KPIs and reporting to provide actionable recommendations for governance and service quality. This hybrid role requires three days in-office per week.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a senior project lifecycle management, revenue control or finance operations leadership role within a professional services environment
- Deep understanding of work in progress, billing and revenue recognition practices
- Strong commercial judgement, with the ability to interpret complex contracts and influence senior stakeholders and Partners
- Experience leading operational improvement or transformation initiatives and analysing complex operational or financial information to develop and communicate recommendations across international teams
- Must be based in Lisbon
- Must be available for at least three days a week in the office
Desired Qualifications
- Experience implementing AI or workflow automation within finance or operational processes
- Experience with ERP, CRM and project lifecycle platforms
- Salesforce experience
- Experience using reporting and visualisation tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint capability
- Additional European language skills
