Job Summary
Regional Lead for Horrocks’ rail practice responsible for providing regional technical leadership, coordinating the design and delivery of railroad projects (including track, terminals, yards, and crossings), and supporting business development across multiple regions. The role involves guiding engineering teams, mentoring staff, maintaining client relationships, ensuring QA/QC across projects, collaborating with federal, state, and local agencies, and traveling regionally to support project delivery and client engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related engineering field
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in rail, transit, railroad infrastructure, and transportation/land development engineering projects
- Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary rail engineering projects and managing client relationships
- Willingness to travel regionally as needed to support project delivery and client engagement
