Job Summary
Lead Practice Managers to deliver outstanding patient care, commercial performance, colleague engagement, and regulatory compliance across London practices. Drive operational excellence by managing business performance, commercial and market leadership, and stakeholder relationships while ensuring successful delivery of country business plans. Monitor key metrics including EBITDA, revenue growth, KPI performance, patient retention, compliance outcomes, and Net Promoter Score. This field-based role requires regular travel to Central and Greater London practices. PortmanDentex supports over 370 practices across the UK and Ireland with a focus on great dentistry and helping colleagues grow.
Required Qualifications
- Multi-site leadership experience within a consumer or healthcare environment
- Proven experience leading large, geographically dispersed teams
- Strong commercial acumen with responsibility for delivering financial performance
- Demonstrated ability to influence and lead through organisational change
- Exceptional leadership, coaching and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical capability with the ability to convert insight into action
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution
- Excellent communication, influencing and relationship-building skills
- High levels of resilience, credibility and professional judgement
- Ability to operate autonomously whilst working collaboratively across functions
- Regular travel to practices across Central and Greater London
