Job Summary
Senior Regional Labour Market Manager role focused on shaping employment outcomes across the Auckland region. Lead regional labour market strategy, design and deliver regional initiatives, influence employers, iwi, community organisations and government to create real job opportunities, translate labour market data into actionable decisions, lead a high-performing team, and represent MSD at regional forums. Requires collaboration across a wider Auckland leadership group and alignment of priorities to deliver an Auckland-wide labour market response. Salary range provided (NZD) MSS06 142,874 – 177,798; based at Auckland Regional Office, Ellerslie. Closing date 23 June 2026. Te Tiriti o Waitangi and Te Ao Māori principles emphasised; internal and external stakeholder engagement across North Shore, Waitakēre, Rodney and nearby areas.
