Job Summary
Manage labor relations grievances and resolve conflicts across West Coast unionized contracts, including assisting in labor arbitrations and interpreting Collective Bargaining Agreement terms. Build relationships with union representatives and executive leadership to develop strategic labor relations plans while overseeing disciplinary actions and dispute resolution. Serve as a consultant to the executive team on workforce matters, participate in bargaining strategy and negotiations, and ensure contract compliance with state and federal laws. Requires 5 years in employer-side union operations and Bachelor's degree.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years' experience in employer-side union operations
- Time and travel flexibility depending on the needs of the company
