Job Summary
Regional Key Account Manager responsible for developing and executing sales strategy for the German market, focusing on Edeka retail with BiFi and Jack Link’s brands. Lead regional negotiations on pricing and terms, build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, collaborate with Field Force, Operations, Finance, Trade-Marketing, Logistics, Category Management and Customer Service to achieve financial and commercial targets. Responsible for market research, monitoring sales performance, planning and executing promotions and campaigns with the marketing team, providing accurate sales forecasts, managing budget and customer claims, and acting as a culture ambassador for the Jack Link’s brand. Requires EU citizenship or valid work permit, a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business Administration, Sales or similar field, and at least 4 years of relevant FMCG/KAM experience. Fluent in German and English. Hybrid working model with an office in Düsseldorf (Germany) and HQ in Amsterdam (Netherlands).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and/or Masters Degree in Business Administration, Sales or similar field
- At least 4 years of work experience in KAM, Sales or Category Management within FMCG; Retail or similar industry
- Experience in impulse category would be valuable
- Excellent language and communication skills in both German and English
- EU Citizenship and/or valid work permit is required
