Job Summary
Regional Key Account role focused on full client lifecycle from initial sale to onboarding, renewal, and loyalty within B2B. Responsibilities include identifying growth opportunities through contract expansion and cross/up-selling, promoting advanced product usage, coordinating with support/product/ops/quality teams, keeping CRM updated, leading client training sessions and product demos, preparing client-specific reports and strategic action plans, negotiating and closing agreements, conducting regular client visits, and contributing to continuous improvement of the customer experience. Requires understanding of the electrical market and industrial applications, strong sales and negotiation techniques, analytics and CRM usage, customer empathy, strategic thinking, and an autonomous, collaborative mindset. Languages: Spanish and/or Catalan at an advanced level, plus English at C1. Education: University degree in Engineering or related field. Experience: 2 to 5 years in a similar role and experience in industrial or technological environments.
