Regional Job Developer

Develop opportunities for subsidized employment, community services, and on-the-job training by working directly with American Job Center customers, program/partner staff, and employers. Conduct career assessments, provide guidance, lead workshops, assist with resume development, coordinate supportive services, and facilitate job search skills training. Manage employer recruitment and placement services while maintaining high energy and organization to help clients meet employment goals. Requires a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and strong computer skills. Spanish language ability is preferred.
