Regional IT Systems Lead - NY/NJ/PA (Field-Based)

Job Summary
Lead regional IT support across NY/NJ/PA sites by diagnosing undocumented networks, fixing legacy shortcuts, and documenting assets for remote handoff. Build trust by owning support tickets, escalating major issues, and co-administering Active Directory and M365 with the central team. Plan infrastructure improvements, deploy fixes for inconsistent settings, and report risks and vendor problems to leadership. Work hands-on with desktops, switches, and wireless while maintaining professional relationships with senior leaders. Based in the Newark-Trenton corridor with daily driving between sites and mileage reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- Hands on IT experience in desktop support, networking and infrastructure
- Experience supporting multi-site environments
- Confidence with what you'll support here: Windows Endpoints, some server support, M365 & Entra ID, switching & wireless basics, everyday security practices, remote support
- Strong communication skills and the ability to hold a professional relationship with senior leaders
- Comfort documenting what you find and what you fixed
- A reliable personal vehicle and a valid license
Desired Qualifications
- Distribution, logistics, or similar multi-site operational experience
- Bachelor's degree, or certifications such as A+, CCNA or Network+, AWS or Azure
