Regional IT Systems Administrator needed to lead clinic IT onboarding and ongoing site operations across Harbor Health’s Texas clinics. Responsibilities include onsite clinic deployments (networking, desktop services, telephony, clinical endpoints), imaging/deployment, SaaS administration, applying configuration standards and patching, Tier 3+ support escalation, network/endpoint security, ITSM practices, asset tracking, documentation, and coordinating with vendors. Travel ~75% initially (reducing to ~20% thereafter). Preferred skills include scripting (PowerShell/Python), bilingual English/Spanish, and strong customer-service orientation for clinicians and staff.
