Regional IT Support Engineer

Job Summary
Provide end-to-end IT support for endpoint devices and Microsoft 365 services across the Europe region, serving both onsite and remote users with a strong customer-focused approach. Responsibilities include managing IT requests and incidents via ITSM tools, supporting Exchange/SharePoint/Teams/OneDrive, assisting Global IT with cloud and on-premises activities (updates, patching, configuration), supporting LAN/WAN environments, ensuring adherence to global standards and security policies, documenting processes and knowledge, contributing to process improvements, supporting cybersecurity initiatives, and enabling remote working technologies such as VPN. Travel to the Netherlands may be required on an ad hoc basis. The role requires a degree in ICT (recommended), 3+ years of IT onsite support experience, proficiency with ITSM platforms, strong Microsoft end-user and infrastructure knowledge (Azure, AD), and experience with Remote Desktop/VDI and cybersecurity practices.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in ICT discipline (recommended)
- 3+ years experience in IT Onsite support or similar
- Experience using ITSM platforms (Incident, Tickets, SLAs)
- Strong understanding of Microsoft end user technologies and applications
- Strong understanding of Microsoft endpoint devices
- Strong understanding of Microsoft infrastructure platforms (Azure, Active Directory) MCSA or equivalent
- Experience with Remote/Virtual Desktop Services
- Experience in IT Cybersecurity including technologies and frameworks
- Experience in Azure Cloud
