Regional IT Support Developer - MES focus

Job Summary
Regional IT Support Developer with MES focus to join European IT team and provide L3 code-level MES support in a 7x24 regional rotation. Core duties include troubleshooting and resolving complex MES issues (code, database, interfaces, integrations), developing and maintaining components using Angular, .NET/.NET Core, C#, SQL, and RabbitMQ, supporting MES ecosystem integrations, creating technical documentation, and driving continuous improvements to reliability and performance. Must collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple countries, participate in regional IT projects, and be willing to travel regionally if required. Eligible candidates typically have a Bachelor’s degree in IT/engineering/computer science or related field and at least 4 years of relevant experience, with strong English communication and a proactive, collaborative mindset.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in application development or support
- Experience with MES or production-critical applications (strong advantage)
- Strong technical stack: Angular, TypeScript, .NET/.NET Core, C#, SQL, RabbitMQ, REST APIs, Azure DevOps, Git, EKS, Docker, AWS services
- Ability to work in regional/global IT support environments
- Willingness to participate in regional 24/7 support rotation
- Excellent English communication skills
