Job Summary
Regional IT Support Analyst responsible for regional end-user hardware/software support, IT solutioning, on-site troubleshooting, and coordinating start-up/move activities within a defined territory. The role emphasizes high-value IT problem solving, project/PM support for cross-functional initiatives, and frequent travel to client sites. Requires Windows OS and Microsoft product expertise, strong troubleshooting skills, ability to work independently, and a valid driver’s license with vehicle insurance for mileage reimbursement. Full-time position with 8:00am–5:30pm shifts and geographic pay differentials based on location.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum undergraduate degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related technology field
- College, professional, or trade school credential reflecting appropriate academic background
- Minimum five (5) years’ experience as an IT Support Analyst
- Expert knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft products (5+ years)
- Ability to troubleshoot multifaceted problems
- Ability to provide Project Lead or Project Management support for small/medium cross-functional initiatives
- Ability to travel within a defined geographic territory
- Valid driver’s license and motor vehicle record; vehicle insurance in driver’s name
- Willingness to use personal vehicle for meetings (IRS mileage reimbursement)
- Ability to work independently and maintain organizational standards
- Ability to adhere to client SOPs and work policies
