Job Summary
Partner with management to foster a sales and relationship-building strategy, driving revenue generation and managing global client partnerships. Lead client relationship management by researching trends, competitor offerings, and client business environments to act as an advisor on product offerings and generate account growth. Own new business development for strategic, high-profile prospects, qualifying leads and developing tailored presentations with global business units. Serve as a guide for standard methodologies and regulatory requirements while mentoring less senior professionals on compliance and team goals. Retain direct management responsibility for key clients, acting as a chief negotiator to influence decision-making on high-importance matters and significant financial risks.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- 10+ years of total relevant work experience
- FINRA series 7 and 66 licenses
- FINRA licenses
Desired Qualifications
- Strong relationships with Wires, Independents, and Regional Broker Dealers
- Working knowledge of Broker/Dealer product platforms
- CFA, CFP, CIMA, or MBA
