Job Summary
Regional Inventory Manager, North America, leads and optimizes inventory and warehouse operations across the NA region with responsibility for North American drone-component and hardware inventory. Manages cycle counting programs, physical inventories, and reconciliation to maintain high inventory accuracy across multiple sites. Collaborates with procurement and planning teams to prevent stock-outs and manage overstock, while using data-driven approaches and systems (WMS, SAP/ERP, SQL) to justify process changes. Requires 8+ years of inventory/warehouse experience and a Bachelor’s degree; willing to travel 20-30% domestically and internationally. Roles involves cross-functional leadership, risk mitigation, contingency planning, and mentoring peers.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in inventory and warehouse management, with a specific focus on North American operations and vendor management
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience
- Demonstrated ability to ask the right questions and use data to inform project decisions and address regional challenges
- Proven experience handling multiple regional priorities while balancing tactical needs with forward-looking work
- Ability to effectively communicate regional goals and the concerns of stakeholders to reach mutual understanding across the North American organization
- A "test-and-learn" approach, with a willingness to invest in new ideas for the region and learn quickly from failures
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems (SAP preferred), and querying operational datasets (SQL)
- Ability to travel domestically (20-30%) and internationally as needed
