Regional Internal Control & Compliance Executive

Job Summary
Implement and maintain internal control systems across the Asia Pacific region while supporting audit processes and tracking resolution of findings. Deliver compliance training and updates, ensure adherence to data protection and privacy regulations, and monitor reporting on risk and compliance issues. Contribute to Governance, Risk, and Compliance activities and support the review and alignment of corporate governance policies. Bachelor's Degree in Business Admin and 2-3 years of relevant experience required, with knowledge of current laws and regulations. Japanese language skills are an advantage for communicating with Japan headquarters.

- Good communication skills
- Ability to work well with a team as well as independently
