Job Summary
Regional Instructional Coach for Middle School Math focused on developing teachers’ content knowledge and pedagogical skills, facilitating data-informed instruction, and collaborating with school leaders to align teacher development with district standards. Responsibilities include high-quality professional development and coaching, real-time coaching, conducting walkthroughs and feedback, and supporting curriculum implementation and MTSS/interventions across multiple campuses. Requires on-site work at KIPP DC campuses and travel across schools; bachelor’s degree and 2+ years coaching plus 5+ years lead teaching experience preferred with master’s degree optional. Start date July 2026; salary range $94,082-$103,984.
