Regional Installation Manager

Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day installation operations across multiple HVAC branches in Southeastern Massachusetts and Rhode Island, ensuring alignment with company standards, safety protocols, and performance expectations. Drive consistency in processes, documentation, and quality while monitoring key performance indicators including labor productivity, gross margin, and job cycle time. Partner with ServiceTitan and operations teams to manage job staging, scheduling, and cost tracking, and lead regular operational reviews with branch leadership to track accountability. Provide direct leadership to Installation Managers and foremen, coaching staff on technical skills and operational discipline while supporting workforce planning and hiring. Own regional installation P&L performance, including revenue, gross margin, and labor efficiency, and ensure proper permitting and code compliance across all jobs. Act as an escalation point for complex customer or project issues to ensure high levels of satisfaction and on-time completion.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in HVAC installation operations
- multi-site or supervisory responsibility
- Proven experience managing commercial and/or residential HVAC installation teams
- Strong understanding of job costing, labor productivity, and operational KPIs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Teams
- Working knowledge of regional codes, permitting, and compliance requirements
- Demonstrated leadership ability in managing distributed teams across multiple locations
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Ability to conduct site inspections in varied conditions
- Ability to travel to job sites and field locations
- Clarity of vision at both over 20 feet and under 20 inches
- Able to judge depth, have a good field of vision, and identify and distinguish colors
