Job Summary
Coordinate with customers and the service team on resource scheduling and site preparation for installation engineers. Manage products from shipment to warranty start, driving installation escalations and collaborating with Product Support, Service Operations, and Manufacturing Operations. Assure operational quality of systems by coordinating installation quality and timeliness with KLA Channel Partners. Work directly with customers to validate new installation or upgrade performance and transfer tool responsibility. Create, manage, and identify new KPIs to better track installation progress and quality.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Engineering
- Minimum 5 years' experience servicing or manufacturing semiconductor capital equipment
- Preferably with 2 years or more people management experience
- Able to communicate fluently in written and spoken English
