Job Summary
Regional Infusion Sales Specialist promotes Vivo Infusion's services to healthcare providers within a defined 30-60 mile territory around Missouri City, TX, traveling 90% of the time with 10% remote work, prospecting new business and nurturing provider relationships to support clinics. The role relies on uncapped commissions and provided leads, with collaboration across clinical, sales, and patient-care teams, and requires healthcare/pharma sales experience and a high school diploma. 90% travel / 10% remote work setup; reports to Regional Infusion Services Director; obligations include using CRM Trella Health and coordinating with pharmaceutical partners to address provider and patient needs.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, or equivalent, required
- 2 years of sales experience generating revenue through business-to-business referrals, required
- 2 years of pharma, commercial insurance, or healthcare sales experience, required
- Valid state driver’s license, automobile insurance, and safe reliable transportation to travel within the outlined territory, required
- Must be highly motivated with a proven track record of managing sales territory
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with healthcare professionals, pharmaceutical partners, and vendors, required
- Must have exceptional customer service skills, learning agility, and problem-solving skills
- Computer literacy with the ability to work with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook as well as CRM software; Trella Healthcare experience a plus
