Regional Industrial Projects Director, Southeast Asia

Regional Industrial Projects Director leads strategic regional growth in Southeast Asia, owning end-to-end project logistics and business development for large-scale cargo programs. Responsibilities include defining regional strategy, identifying and securing complex opportunities with EPC contractors and clients, leading RFQs and solution-based sales, building a strong pipeline across energy, mining, infrastructure, and renewables, establishing strategic partnerships, and expanding market presence. Oversees Project Solution Design and Technical Oversight for end-to-end logistics, including multimodal transport, load engineering, route surveys, and risk assessments, collaborating with engineering teams and vendors for lifting, transport, and installation planning, and reviewing complex technical and commercial proposals. Manages Operational Execution and Delivery of heavy-lift, oversized cargo, breakbulk, and time-critical shipments, with subcontractors and vendors, driving risk mitigation, safety, and operational excellence. Controls Financials and P&L, developing pricing strategies, forecasting, and cost control to improve profitability. Builds and maintains stakeholder relationships with clients, EPCs, port authorities, customs, and regulatory bodies; represents the company in industry forums and client engagements. Leads a high-performing team across commercial, operations, and engineering, establishing SOPs and governance, mentoring project managers and analysts, and driving continuous improvement in execution quality, safety, and customer experience.
