Job Summary
Regional Industrial Engineer based in New Brunswick seeking to lead regional process improvements, capital project evaluation and implementation, manage capital spend, draft layouts with AutoCAD/SolidWorks, implement CMMS, apply Lean and statistical methods, travel frequently to NB and Quebec plants, translate policies between English and French, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize resources, efficiency, and cost.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering preferred
- PMP designation preferred
- 7+ years’ experience in fast-paced, high-mix manufacturing environments
- Experience with capital projects, layout design, process improvement, and Lean manufacturing
