Job Summary
Manage the In-Hot Water Program by responding to after-hours inquiries, directing branch associates, and overseeing deliveries and equipment monitoring. Drive revenue through quotations, placing orders, checking stock and prices, and assisting with problem resolution. Monitor AO Smith product lines and vendor water solutions, appraising inventory levels and supporting electric commercial conversions. Requires high school education, one year of wholesale distribution experience, and water heater product knowledge. Full-time role with medical, dental, and 401(k) benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High School education or equivalent
- Minimum 1+ years' experience in a related wholesale distribution business
- Inside Sales experience
- Water Heater Product Knowledge
- Ability to maintain the scheduled days and hours, including onsite presence at the assigned location as specified
- Lift up to 25 pounds on occasion
- Sitting and standing for extended periods
- Operation of equipment common to office settings, including computers, copiers, and other office equipment
