Job Summary
Oversee hyperbaric program oversight and consultation for wound care and hyperbaric centers across Florida and Georgia, providing direct technologist coverage as needed. Travel extensively to support new center launches, staff onboarding, and ongoing operational needs while delivering safety, physiology, and equipment training for clinical teams and physicians. Serve as a Hyperbaric Safety Director resource, conducting chamber orientations, competency validations, and mentoring staff. Collaborate with Program Directors to drive operational excellence, ensure regulatory compliance, manage stakeholder relationships, and resolve issues proactively. Requires current CHT credential, Safety Director designation, and flexibility for up to 85% travel with expense reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- Current Certified Hyperbaric Technologist (CHT) credential through the National Board of Diving and Hyperbaric Medical Technology (NBDHMT)
- Current Hyperbaric Safety Director designation
- Strong knowledge of hyperbaric medicine, chamber operations, patient safety, and clinical education
- Excellent communication, training, and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities across various locations
- Must complete and pass required medical screening, background checking and drug test
