Job Summary
Regional HR Partner leads HR strategy across dispersed geography to attract and retain talent, focusing on talent development, recruitment, employee relations, compensation/benefits, and HR administration. Partners with Regional VP Operations and functional VPs to execute region-wide action plans, deliver compliant practices, and foster a healthy culture and employee engagement. Responsibilities include workforce planning with Operations/Recruitment leadership, developing and mentoring direct reports, advising on complex employee questions, analyzing people metrics to mitigate turnover, analyzing compensation/benefits trends, collaborating with learning to build internal development opportunities, ensuring compliance with federal/state/local laws, staying current on HR regulatory changes, and driving learning initiatives. Requires 75%+ travel and bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred, with an Equal Opportunity Employer policy and background checks as applicable.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business related field, preferably Human Resources or Business Management
- 5+ years of Human Resources experience (including recruitment) with minimum 5 years in management role
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
- Ability to manage complex schedule and multiple commitments
- Must possess the ability to read, write, fluently speak and understand the English language
- Bi-lingual is preferred (Spanish/English)
- Must meet all requirements to receive required airport SIDA badge and Customs Seal, including successful completion of a background check and ten-year work history
- 75%+ travel required. Must be able to travel on short notice
