Job Summary
Regional HR Manager serves as a strategic partner to Regional VPs, Airport Directors, and senior leaders across multiple airport locations, driving workforce strategies to support operational excellence, productivity, profitability, and growth. Responsibilities include workforce planning, succession planning, talent pipelines, leadership development, employee and labor relations, policy interpretation, compliance with employment laws, change management, and organizational effectiveness. The role requires coaching senior leaders, guiding investigations and complex people challenges, leveraging HR analytics to inform decisions, promoting engagement and inclusion, and aligning people strategies with business objectives. Travel up to 40% within the region. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) and 12+ years of HR experience with extensive labor relations and union experience; SHRM-SCP/SPHR or equivalent certification preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field required.
- Master's degree preferred.
- SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent HR certification preferred.
- 12+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including strategic HR business partnership.
- Minimum of 5 years supporting multi-site operations and senior leadership teams.
- Experience in hospitality, retail, food & beverage, airport operations, or other high-volume operational environments strongly preferred.
- Extensive labor relations and union experience required.
- Ability to travel up to 40% within the assigned region.
