Regional Human Resources Manager

Plan, implement, and evaluate employee relations policies while providing guidance on HR issues and escalating sensitive matters to the Director. Conduct workplace investigations, manage worker's compensation accounts, and oversee benefits administration including FMLA and ADA requests. Collaborate with managers to handle grievances, conduct supervisor trainings, and audit HR files for compliance with federal and state regulations. Manage direct reports, maintain HRIS applications, and ensure accurate documentation for all employment laws. This full-time, exempt role requires a bachelor's degree, five years of HR experience, and bilingual English/Spanish skills, with local travel and occasional overtime.
